Smoking & Alcohol Use: Luxury Limousine strictly enforces State and Federal Laws and maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. U.S. law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for administrative searches. No smoking is allowed in our vehicles.
Passenger Misconduct: Luxury Limousine is not be responsible for injuries that occur due to passenger misconduct (i.e. not seated, horse playing, etc.) while in the vehicle. Customer is responsible for his or her guests. In the event of any misconduct, the Driver has the right to terminate this agreement without any refunds.
Damages To Vehicle: Customer is fully liable for all damages to the vehicle caused by Customer or its guests during the rental period, such as, but not limited to: broken glassware, damaged seat, damaged carpet, damaged mirror, extensive cleanup (spills, etc.), shampoo and disinfecting (due to sickness interior), detailing and wax (due to sickness-exterior), burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery, any acts of vandalism, any removed / stolen items from vehicle.
Personal Items: Luxury Limousine recommends that all and any personal valuables be removed from the vehicle when unattended. Luxury Limousine is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.
Unavailability of Vehicles: Luxury Limousine offers high-tech-equipped vehicles which are subject to temporary failures or repair. Luxury Limousine maintains each vehicle daily to eliminate any possible failures. If the requested Limousine under the contract is not available due to maintenance or repair, Luxury Limousine reserves the right to upgrade or replace the Limousine with another vehicle in the fleet. Luxury Limousine will first attempt to upgrade the Limousine at no charge to the customer. If an upgrade is not available, Luxury Limousine reserves the right to downsize the vehicle and refund the customer the difference in the rental rate. If a Limousine is replaced in the same category, price shall remain the same.
Delays: Luxury Limousine uses its best efforts to be on time with the contracted pick up time. Luxury Limousine drivers are sometimes faced with conditions outside of their control which may cause delay, including, but not limited to, weather, accidents traffic congestion, accidents, road closures, etc. Luxury Limousine will attempt to notify the customer of these conditions and resulting delays or changes. None of such delays shall have an effect on the terms of this contract or result in any discounts in the rate.
Termination by Luxury Limousine: Luxury Limousine reserves the right to terminate any reservation/contract without refund, if the Driver or the Dispatcher on duty feels, at its own discretion, that the Customer and /or Party of the Customer acts in ways to place risk of injury or danger to the Driver, the passengers or the vehicle, or if the Customer and/or Party of the Customer are in the possession of any illegal material and/or substance. This is without exception. Further, Luxury Limousine reserves the right to terminate this or any other contract for noncompliance of the above requests, especially if Customer or the passengers do not follow chauffeurs requests in order to obey the rules in this contract.
